We pride ourselves on our customer service; our business aim is to get you a quality product at a reasonable price in good time so you can complete your job.
All our products on our web store are stocked as standard items, this means if for some reason we run out of an item we are able to make it on demand.
You can view your order status at any time via the my account section of the website, along the way we will also send you updates on your order via email and text message so please make sure that you enter these details at checkout.
Updating Account Information
Please keep your account details up to date as much as possible, we use your account details for shipping and invoicing. If any of your details are incorrect we may not be able to delivery your parcel to you but you will still be charged for the item.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm are normally dispatched the same working day, order received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
We currently offer a 2-3 day standard delivery option via a courier, however typically goods are received by our customers the next working day.
We have been working with DPD for the last seven years, we use them as our main parcel couriers, with their industry leading predict service they provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, and a tracking services so we can see your parcel every step of the way.

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to offer delivery to the UK.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us using the cancellation form found here.
Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.
